Ben Davis formerly of Ben Davis Property Management, has been managing property for a number of years and during that time has built up an enviable reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism.
 
He has a varied client base which has included one of Liverpool's largest and longest established property landlords as well as a number of individual clients with small buy-to-let portfolios.
 
Ben Davis and his partner have their own small portfolio of buy-to-let properties which has helped to give him insight at first hand of the needs and requirements of todays busy landlord.
 
Following positive feedback from clients, Ben decided to move into sales as well as lettings and joined forces with Elle Beyga to create Davis Beyga Estates which is already going from strength to strength.

A self-made property developer and interior designer, Elle has many years of experience in the property industry and is known for her ambition, drive and attention to detail.
 
She brings with her a number of high profile clients and understands the importance of confidentiality having built homes for a number of premiership footballers.

Elle decided to move into the sales and lettings market as this appeared to be the next step in exploring her passion for all things "property" and to date is relishing being on the other side of the desk.
 
Director, Sue Kelbrick
 
Established property writer and landlord in her own right, Sue deals with publicity and marketing for Davis Beyga Estates and works hard to ensure that clients' properties receive local and national coverage.
 
Currently working as a property editor at the Liverpool Daily Post & Echo, Sue has also ghost written a number of property publications and owns her own small portfolio helping her to appreciate what a landlord requires from their management company.
